Since the end of December 2020, Fair Haven Community Health Care has been on the front lines making sure that our patients and community receive the COVID vaccine. We are now offering appointments for the COVID vaccine to all those deemed currently eligible by the CT State Guidelines.

As of Thursday, December 3rd, Fair Haven Community Health Care's COVID-19 testing site will be moving to 293 East Street in New Haven. We are currently offering free COVID testing from our 350 Grand Avenue location. The move to the new space will give us more room to better serve those who want a COVID test.
