Hello Fair Haven. My neighbors, the loveliest people in the world, are being asked to move out of their rented home of several years because the landlord wants to cash in on the recent spike in home prices. I know from many years of renting spaces in my own home that these are exemplary tenants. The are looking for a 2-3 bedroom in the $1600-1800 range.
