Are you eating well? I was poisoning my kids, and didn't know it!

Yoga at Quinnipiac Terrace

We had a great first beginners Yoga class at Quinnipiac terrace this morning. CSNA & Quinnipiac Terrace have partnered to create this neighborhood event. Four people ( 2 men & 2 women) participiated for one hour. We have 10 slots available and the equipment is there supplied by a grant from CARE. The instructor is very good and skilled.
